SERVICES

Occupational Therapy

Occupation therapy focuses on helping children reach their developmental milestones. For babies this can look like sitting independently to reach and grasp toys, picking up toys to place into containers, or strengthening their arms to hold themself up while on hands and knees. For older children this can include learning how to get dressed, manage fasteners (buttons, snaps, or zippers) on clothing, follow directions/routines, holding a pencil and writing. This is a direct service for your child to help improve their skills.

Feeding Therapy

Babies and toddlers occasionally struggle with transitioning to solids or table food. They may need extra help and support to gain the proper oral motor skills to consume more challenging foods. Feeding therapy will provide direct services to your child to help them gain the skills they need to be successfully consuming a variety of foods.

Lactation Consult

Are you struggling with nursing? Trouble latching? Pain while nursing? I can provide lactation counseling advice to help increase success and improve the nursing experience.

Sometimes all you need is a little support and education to help your child at home. This service allows you, the parent, to gain education and knowledge about various questions and topics in order to help your child reach goals at home.
